Latte Queen

Pulling out one more graffiti polish from the collection. This time Latte Queen, a light brown one, that I have a real problem finding a base color for. I was searching the web for some kind of decent advise, but nothing I found was good.... Well, I did try it...

 

The first two photos is on top of Brisk Yellow and for those I had to put two coats for the graffiti to show! The rest of the photos is with Frosty Chestnut as base color and that worked out a bit better, just one coat needed.

Frosty Chestnut

As soon as I put the first coat on I loved this one!

Love the burgundy color and the nice shimmer in this polish. It works with two coats and it looks perfect with my pale fingers! It's number 646 and it came in the Bohemian Rhapsody collection in 2009, before I started my obsession...

Almost brown but still red.... there is something special with this one!

Depend 6003

Lovely bronze color in two shades when you put the magnet to it. All of these have fabulous color just as they are without the magnet and are completely wearable as they are, but the magnet gives it another dimension.

This one get a golden shimmer...

This time I did two coats and let dry before I applied the third one and put the magnet on. It worked out a lot better than the first two I did....

Depend 6002

This next magnetic polish has a strange brown base, a little hint to green is would I like to say. Just a sheer as 6000 and to put the magnet on the third coat is to recommend.

The magnet is round and a bit small, so it's hard to get the whole nail cover if you have wide nails, for example your thumb. This one gave a nice effect though....

Sand Grey

The next one has brown tinted background.

Again very sheer and three coats was needed. The name is Sand Grey (2026).

Nothing left to say really.... sparkles like crazy in the sun!!

Depend 312

A brown is next in line for the summer of 2012.

This one has a subtle green shimmer that I didn't manage to catch on camera...  Anyway, light brown and easy to deal with. Two coats is enough.

Also from the Spring Collection 2010 and this time a cold brown shade.

Nothing fance here either and it is a nice creme shade.

This one is from the Spring Collection 2010, warm with an undertone of red and no shimmer.

Just plain creme, but just as nice!

Bohemian Brown

Another really dark polish and I seem to be more and more attracted to them...

This one is called Bohemian Brown (647) from the Isadora Bohemian Rhapsody Collection in 2009. I only put on one coat of this one because it is a nice creme polish that covers well.

This is a warm brown as you can see the red undertone in it and that's the kind of browns I like!

Bronzing Gold

I love how this one shines in the sun!

It's called Bronzing Gold (124) by Isadora and I found this one on ebay really cheap. I needed two coats for this one and it went on smoothly.

Preppy Brown

Yet another Isadora and this one is called Preppy Brown (29). It is a dark brown with a really nice fine shimmer.  I was really surprised by this one just because browns tend to be almost dull, but this one shines and I really enjoyed wearing it!
