Week 22 - Splatter manicure
This is one of the messiest manicures I've ever done, even worse than water marbling!! I think if I practice this a bit more I will get a better outcome but I did not have the time today... I actually ended it after I tried on two nails.... It was too messy for me!!
I'm going to show you how it looked anyway, so you can see what colors I chose and such....
As I said.... I was not to continue doing all my nails.... I took it off right away and I think I need thinner straws and more practice!!

Considering my nail art fails I fear this mani, haha. I like the fact that you show us what one sometimes end up with doing nail art.
SvaraRaderaEverybody needs to know that it is OK to mess up sometimes.... this is my messup! :)
SvaraRaderaWhat about taping off you nails? that way most of the excess is on the tape, not your finger. I do that before I water marble and plan on doing it before this mani too. Colette of mysimplelittepleasures.blogspot.com has a vid that explains taping pretty well.
