Depend 262

This is actually a really nice matte black. I used this as a background for my second Corset Mani and I really like it. It has a nice shimmer in the bottle, but when painted it dries matte. If you want to put a glossy top coat on you get the shimmer back! This photo is take without top coat as I was doing a design....
