April Polish Haul!

The weeks pass sooo fast that I was just surprised it was time for this post once again! Lucky me that I woke up early to a sunny morning yesterday and was able to get photos of the bottles in the sun outside!! So, here they are....

 Above is the Wet'n'wild I got in a swap with Tracy. They are from L to R: Sagreena the Teenage Witch, Saved by the Blue, Buffy the Violet Slayer, Blue Wants to Be a Millionaire, Ebony hates Chris.

 I also managed to get my hand on two of the Depend Magnetic polishes, 6001 (green) and 6005 (gray with mulitglitter) Also I got hold of that orange glitter with flecks of purple and green got to come home with med (Depend 279). The last one on the right is a morphing top coat from Tracy that I haven't been able to try yet, but I'm dying to!!

And finally some newer Isadora polishes: Bohemian Brown (647), Grape Jam (631), Gold Sparkles (652). The two on the far right is from the new Isadora Collection for Summer 2012: Ocean Drive (7129 and Blue Lagoon (738).

Now that the summer is coming up here in Sweden I hope to be able to do more swatches of these and all my other untried polishes so that I can have this blog fully updated.... I big job, but I'm alreday working on it!!

March polish haul!

As I was thinking back on this months polish purchases I thought it was a lot.... but as I started to pull them all out it's not that bad at all! I counted 12 and one on the way home! Here they are....

 The Isadora ones are not avaliable in store here in Sweden and the three last ones I got from my best friend Linda as she had doubles.... Thank you honey! I'm still trying to find the time to paint my nails more often, but between work and housework it's hard to get any free time.... I'll do my best!

February Haul!

When I came home from work today, I had tree packages laying on the kitchen table.... You can all guess what was inside!! When I saw that, I realized that I hadn't posted the haul for February so that's what you are about to see. Except for the 5 polishes that showed up today I had already bought 5 this month. Here are the pics...

I'm still waiting for a new bottle of Nail Envy and some Rapidry Spray, but you've all seen those before. And now.... on to swatching!!

January Haul

Since I'm not buying that much polish anymore I decided to put them all together at the end of the month! Sooo, here goes.... At the beginning of the month I was looking through the bargain-boxes in the stores and found these two goodies. A bright, almost neon, pink and a shimmering purple!

The same day I also found the striper polishes from Depend in new colors. I grabbed the pink and blue one!

Now at the end of the month Depend came out with their Spring Collection and I just had to have it!

These purchases did have a bad effect on quantity of untried polishes.... This is the amount of polishes (plus some) that are untried.....

I'm pleased that I decided to do the 52 week challenge and choose the colors from this fan.... hopefully I can decrease the amount of polishes on here! Tell me if you are interested in seeing swatches of any of these and I'll see what I can do.

Isadora Metal Mauve

You can see the rest of the purple color wheel HERE. The new color is on number 6 and is called Metal Mauve (722) by Isadora. The Art Liners are by Depend as you can see and I bought white and gold as I already have the silver one and a black one from another brand. I'm sorry for the murky photos.... the sun was shining but behind some stubborn grey clouds....

Depend Fall

This thursday I went and looked for the Depend Fall Collection and is was up on the self for me! I picked them out and happily went home....lucky enough I got a gift certificate so I didn't have to break my budget!!

As I got home I started swatching them on my nailwheel and to my surprice some of them are matte. I take this as a nice surprice, because then you can chose if you want it to be matte or put a shiny top coat on.

Today mr Sun wanted to show himself and I manage to take some nice bottleshots!

Haul!!

Well... I thought I'd buy more polishes when I was away to a really big mall this weekend, but sadly I came home with only 4 and one is "Start to Finish" by Kiss. The other three is a ridge filler from Kubiss and a black and a white shimmer from Claudia. To the left is "Glistening Snow" and to the right "Glamorous Black"

Yesterday I went to my local Kicks-boutique and looked for the new Depend collection for fall, but the had their delivery today and wasn't done unpacking it yet... so nothing this time, I'll have to check again tomorrow. I did purchase to of their own polishes just to try them out. The left is "Fab Jean" and to the right is "Electric Blues"

Zoya and Color Club Haul

I bought these three colors just in time for my birthday... my gift to myself!!

They are Zoya - Crystal, Color Club - Revvolution and Color Club - Wild at heart. I looove them all....They mail came early last Thursday so I had the opportunity to get it before I went to work and they had to come with me... they sat there beside my computer screen, just teasing me all day!!

But yesterday, the sun came out in the morning and I was able to get these shots.....

Weekend Haul!!

As I work all weekday and rarely get off before the stores close I went into town today (Saturday)....

I came home with a couple of bottles of Myrrh Oil, a nice light blue Crackle polish from Depend and my ever first glass file!! I was actually looking for a nail file to have in my purse because I hate it when I damage a nail out on the go or at work! Well at home I decided that the glass file is staying at home and my old one goes in the purse.... And yes, I really found a great match in the Mavala Super Base!

As for not nailrelated items I also found a nice light blue (surprised?) flower necklace and a pair of Ballerina shoes on sale!! I really like these spontaneous shopping trips with ever best Linda!!

Haul!!

Just out of the blue my best girl Linda ask me for some company in to town....and sure, why not! We had the most hilarious two hours with shopping and a break with milkshakes! The result of this trip was a nice purple top, some necessities and 4 new polishes.....

Finally here!!!

I've finally received my prize for the Depend Design-competition. My choice was to get all 12 colors of the new Summer Collection as well as their Nail & Cuticle Cleanser and some light blue loose glitter. This was really worth waiting for because the collection consists mostly of blue and green color which you by now know is what I'm always drawn to! For now you'll have to stick with some bottle photos.....
